Digital inPrint is based in Conwy, so we are local to businesses in North Wales. Printing is a collaboration between you, the client, and us, the printer. We take high quality digital artwork and transform it into a high quality product, something you will be proud of.
Our desire is to build a long term relationship with you and to that end you can be sure the service and the products, which are produced specially for you, are of the highest quality.
First – Talking
We always offer our new and existing clients the opportunity to visit our premises and discuss their needs and to seek advice. Advice on the paper, you can see, touch and feel the different papers, see samples of our previous work and get a feel for us.
Second – Options
You have the choice of which of our print flows you would like to use, depending upon volume, turnaround time and finishing options. This variety enables us to recommend what is right for you and for you to understand any tradeoffs involved.
Third – Costing
We always give a written quote, so you know exactly what is being agreed. We are happy for you to have a copy of our terms and conditions and when you agree to them, off we go.
Fourth – Artwork
Since we offer design and print, we are happy to use your artwork or use the artwork one of our designers has crafted for you. When this is agreed and we are all happy, we move on to printing.
Fifth – Printing
We take care of that magic for you and a little while later your order is ready.
Sixth – Delivery
If you choose, we will deliver your printing and any associated accessories directly to you. Alternatively, you are welcome to pick the items up from our offices in Conwy.
Seventh – Follow-up
Generally, we will do this at the time of delivery, but in order to ensure that we have satisfied customers, who are happy to recommend our services, we ask for a testimonial and for our services to be rated. Your cooperation in improving our services is always appreciated.
